If your space at home is no longer working for you or the local coffee shop has filled to its capacity, please consider our space.
Desk space rental is $475/desk ($375/desk if you rent all four desks in the workstation group), and you can rent month-to-month!

Located one block off 38th and Pecos, we are conveniently located minutes from downtown Denver. Our office offers an eclectic environment for your endeavor to start-up, build, grow and thrive.
